Joerg Geier is a sustainability strategist, systems thinker, and project director. As Director of Executive Education and Sustainability Programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, he integrates his expertise in sustainable innovation and capacity building. Formerly the Director of Executive Education at Cambridge University’s Judge Business School, he oversaw global leadership programs. A former Deputy Secretary General of The Club of Rome, Joerg co-founded PDIE Group, where he consults on sustainability ecosystems and start-up fundraising.
Joerg has led numerous cleantech, leadership, and impact investing projects. He coordinated the Vatican’s “Watershed” conference on World Water Day 2017, bringing together global leaders to discuss the value of water. He also contributed to an EU project on sustainable entrepreneurship support systems.
Co-founder and programme chair of the Arts & Nature Social Club, Joerg is committed to addressing planetary challenges. He has mentored for the Founder Institute and SAP.iO Venture Studio. Joerg holds an MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
