Anna Katharina Lau is a change maker, management consultant and coach who works with dedication and passion. She likes to challenge, inspire and create change.
Katharina supports organisations across sectors with in organisational development, leadership development and the management of complex change projects. Besides consulting, she coaches and trains C-level leaders. As a programme director for Common Purpose (Leipzig-Halle) she has run leadership development programmes.She was has been a partner at with the management consultancy Ramboll Putz & Partner, where she has been active in the field of project management, strategy, process and organisational development since 2011.
She began her career at Hamburg Airport in 2000, where she worked on several launches of initial (terminal) operation and later held responsibility for business organisation in the logistics unit. Katharina holds a B.A. and a diploma in airport economics, an MBA in business management and logistics, an M.A. in philosophy, politics and economics and is a certified coaching professional.
As part of her studies, she spent semesters abroad in Finland, Greece, the USA and Argentina. In addition to her role as consultant and coach, Katharina has gained experience as a guest lecturer at various universities. In her spare time, she volunteers with several social projects in Germany and abroad, mainly consulting and coaching social entrepreneurs.
Katharina enjoys sport, is willing to learn and likes to make a difference.
