Ana Paula Kobe is a Brazilian diplomat with a career spanning since 2005. In Brazil, she has served at the Presidential Office and within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters. Internationally, she has held positions at the Embassies of Brazil in Argentina, India, Japan, and the United States. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy, and she has authored a thesis on Diplomacy and Parliament. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree on the ethics of diplomats at the University Paris 8 in France.
Since 2014, Ana Paula has participated in training programs organized by the “International Futures” initiative of the German Federal Foreign Office. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, and Italian. In addition to her passion for diplomacy, she has studied psychoanalysis for over ten years. Ana Paula enjoys exploring and writing about her travel experiences in Asian destinations and is currently affiliated with the Association of Women Diplomats of Brazil (AMDB).
