Afifa Adouani Saidane is preparing the organisational and practical texts of the Journal of Local Communities with a focus on local government and is a member of the committees, charged with the various national programmes for the development of human resources in the civil service.

Currently, she is running a campaign for the legislative elections in order to better serve the country and to reinforce the position of women in parliament and in leadership positions.
