Eshraq A. Dahan Hammad is a graduate of the Department of English at the Faculty of Languages of Sana’a University. She is a graduate of the Yemen American Language Institution (YALI). She has almost fifteen years of experience as a diplomat, having been posted to the permanent mission of the Republic of Yemen to the Arab League in Cairo.
Eshraq is very experienced in international relations and has dealt with many issues regarding the diplomacy field. She has participated in multiple courses related to diplomacy and international relations, dialogue between the Western and Eastern world, empowerment for women, crisis management, climate change and more recently the corona crisis. She is an advocate of human rights and gender equality. She believes in peace as a sine qua non for the stability of humanity and the world.
Eshraq enjoys sports, appreciates travel to meet new people and different cultures, adoring photography, and loves listening to music.
