Nozipho is a Junior Project Coordinator at the Global Diplomacy Lab, bringing over five years of extensive experience as a development consultant in the civil society sector (CSO). She has effectively managed significant initiatives for CSOs across Africa and Europe, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to social justice and international relations, as well as exploring the impacts of globalization on local cultures and societies.
Academically, Nozipho holds a joint master’s degree in Global Studies from the University of Freiburg in Germany and the University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa. Her interdisciplinary studies have equipped her with a profound understanding of the intricate dynamics surrounding migration, gender, and social issues, empowering her to approach challenges with a holistic and informed perspective.
Prior to joining the Global Diplomacy Lab Secretariat. She also gained considerable expertise in peace and governance, having represented the African Union as a Peace Ambassador during the “Silencing the Guns” campaign in 2021. Additionally, she served as the Regional Coordinator for the African Diaspora within the Bosch Alumni Network and has a strong passion for cultural entrepreneurship and social innovation. Nozipho is also an active member of the Global Diplomacy Lab.
